Krato announces new mobile app enhancements for all customers
We started out the year with great news.
For the past few weeks, we’ve been collecting more feedback on how to make the app more useful for our clients and their distributors. We strategically picked the three improvements for January.
The biggest challenge to efficiently onboard new distributors is the ability for the new member to consume your most important content in the correct path or content that can help them advance their business. It may be a welcome video that explains what the new distributor had to do in their first 24 hours to achieve a positive outcome. Or maybe a video with the frequently asked questions about the compensation plan.
Because most people are excited about their new business, they probably want to skip the video and continue with other tasks and that’s ‘no bueno’ for you and for them.
For this reason, we have released a new feature for all videos.
When our clients add a video task for their distributors and they want to skip the content to go to the next task, they will see a notification informing them that they have to see the full video, otherwise, the task will not be completed.
What happens if the user skips forward? I’m glad you asked, they would also get the notification that the task is not complete until they see the full video.
With this new feature you can be sure your distributors will move forward with the correct path.
Second Improvement: Completed and Uncompleted Tasks
Our Journey App focuses on creating small bite-sized tasks where the distributor can knock each one down without feeling overwhelmed.
When they complete a task, they can see which one is completed and which ones are incomplete.
Why is this important to all direct sales companies?
Because it improves usability for the end-user. But there’s an additional reason, in psychology, there’s something called the Zeigarnik effect, which states that people remember uncompleted or interrupted tasks better than completed tasks.
We want to keep your distributors engaged with your brand, having uncompleted tasks can incentivize your users to keep coming back to your app.
Last but not least…
A New Button Has Been Added…
But is not a regular button.
In the past, when a user completed a task, it received a notification that the task has been successfully completed. There was no instruction on what to do next and most users left the app and came back another day.
We knew we had to do something to keep your users engaged with your app, for this reason we’ve added a new button when a task is completed.
When the user completes a task, she sees a button to go back to the “Task List” and instead of leaving the app, they click the button and continue using the app, creating more engagement with their onboarding process.
We believe these new features and improvements will keep our clients happy as we continue to transform their distributors businesses.
